sync issues

connectivity issues have not been addressed YET. This app would be great if it didn’t keep loosing connection. The HELP desk, email is non existant. I have written numerous complaints about the same issue for past 4 years. Never received a response except the one that tells you to go to a forum to resolve your problem. SERIOUSLY ??!! How frustrating is that…..
